Pankaj is the co-founder of InI Consulting. His key areas of interests are agriculture, technology management and entrepreneurship development. His consulting experience spans over 10 years having advised companies in media, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, agriculture, logistics, supply chain, light engineering and chemicals.

He serves on the board of InI Farms Pvt Ltd and Ingen Technologies Pvt Ltd. Prior to founding InI Consulting, Pankaj worked with McKinsey & Co as a consultant and Verifone India as a software developer. He also served as CEO and Director of Desai Fruits and Vegetables.

Pankaj holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and is a Gold Medalist from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.

Purnima is the co-founder of InI Consulting. Her key areas of interest are India Entry, Technology, Infrastructure Maintenance and Railways. Her consulting experience spans over 8 years having advised large private sector companies in agriculture, heavy engineering, electronics, infrastructure, chemicals and also Government organizations like Indian Railways, Confederation of Indian Industry and Department of Scientific and Industrial Research.

She serves on the board of InI Farms Pvt Ltd as an Executive Director. Prior to InI, she headed the Western Region for Rawatsons Engineers Pvt Ltd focusing on business development and project management.

Purnima holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from St. Xaviers College Calcutta and an MBA from T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal.

Mr. Prajesh Rawat is a first generation entrepreneur. A science graduate from Rajasthan University, he started his career as a freelance salesman and in 1981, he established Rawatsons Engineers (P) Ltd to serve Indian Railways and other engineering industries with product like Bearing Plates, Joggled Fish Plates, Combination Fish Plates, Steel Channel Sleepers and Bridge Girders. He is currently a Director on Rawatsons Engineers (P) Ltd. and Rawats Business (P) Ltd.

Mr. Rawat has wide-ranging interests in people, music, entrepreneurship and teaching. An extremely well-networked individual, he is the driving force behind conceptualization and creation of InI Consulting.

Mr. Sudhir Kamath holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Delhi Institute of Technology, University of Delhi. He subsequently completed his MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad. Currently, Sudhir is a Vice President at the SUN Group - the principal investment arm of the Khemka family. In this role, he has been responsible for evaluating a range of private equity investments across different industries and progressing a selected number of transactions.

Earlier, Sudhir worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company, focusing on the Oil & Gas and Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals industries. He worked in, as well as independently managed, teams of consultants and client managers during these engagements across a range of locations in India, UK and the Middle East.
