Pankaj is the co-founder of InI Consulting. His key areas of interests are agriculture, technology management and entrepreneurship development. His consulting experience spans over 10 years having advised companies in media, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, agriculture, logistics, supply chain, light engineering and chemicals.

He serves on the board of InI Farms Pvt Ltd and Ingen Technologies Pvt Ltd. Prior to founding InI Consulting, Pankaj worked with McKinsey & Co as a consultant and Verifone India as a software developer. He also served as CEO and Director of Desai Fruits and Vegetables.

Pankaj holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and is a Gold Medalist from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.

Purnima is the co-founder of InI Consulting. Her key areas of interest are India Entry, Technology, Infrastructure Maintenance and Railways. Her consulting experience spans over 8 years having advised large private sector companies in agriculture, heavy engineering, electronics, infrastructure, chemicals and also Government organizations like Indian Railways, Confederation of Indian Industry and Department of Scientific and Industrial Research.

She serves on the board of InI Farms Pvt Ltd as an Executive Director. Prior to InI, she headed the Western Region for Rawatsons Engineers Pvt Ltd focusing on business development and project management.

Purnima holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from St. Xaviers College Calcutta and an MBA from T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal.

Anurag heads business development and project delivery at InI Consulting. His areas of expertise include Railway Infrastructure Asset Management and Agri-Business. He has been responsible for successfully executing Bridge Condition Monitoring projects and has successfully set-up one of the largest horticulture contract farming operations for production and exports.

Prior to joining InI, Anurag has worked as a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers Pvt. Ltd.

Anurag holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.

Soumabh leads the project execution and delivery at InI Consulting. His key areas of interest include technology, agriculture and infrastructure - with major focus on advising overseas clients on entering the Indian market as well as increasing operational efficiencies in existing businesses. His expertise spans across projects involving market analysis, strategy formulation and on-ground implementation with an extensive exposure to Government agencies as well as European firms.

Soumabh holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.

Atul has been working at InI Consulting on assignments related to Agri-business and India Entry with focus on strategic planning, project management and market research. He also has extensive knowledge pertaining to agriculture supply chain of multiple products (including purchasing, procurement, vendor development / alternate sourcing, planning, logistics, and stores) and has advised clients on various operational improvement initiatives.

Atul holds a 5 Years Integrated Masters degree in Chemistry from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
